Fees once paid is neither refundable nor adjustable in any Case.
If at any time, a student is found damaging the institute’s property or misbehaving with the institute staff or any other student he / she shall be dismissed from the institute with immediate effect and the entire fees will be forfeited. No certificate or Diploma will be awarded to such student.
The institute shall have the right to change the schedule / time table at any time with out prior intimation. The decision of the center head shall be final in all matters.In case of any disputes in any of the issues in conducting the Education programs offered by the institution, the matter will be referred to arbitrator under “Arbitration Act 1996” ,if the matter is still not resolved by the committee constituted by the Institute. The Arbitration shall be held only at Salem and the Court at Salem only shall have jurisdiction in relation thereto.
